Don’t use harsh chemical soaps on. Do not dry it in direct sun. You can wash them in washing machine on a delicate wash setting.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use harsh chemical soaps on your Kokikar garment. These chemicals can strip the natural colors and damage the organic fabric. Instead, opt for a mild, eco-friendly detergent.

Delicate Wash Setting: You can wash your Kokikar garment in a washing machine, but be sure to use a delicate wash setting. This gentle cycle will help to preserve the integrity of the fabric and the natural dyes.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Do not dry your Kokikar garment in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the natural colors to fade. Instead, dry your garment in a shaded area or indoors.

We are unable to accept returns. We allow a 15 day Exchange policy only with the original bill and if the product has not been used.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you might need a different size. At Kokikar, we offer a 15-day exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

You will be issued a store credit note valid for 90 days/3 months. You may use it at any time.

Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange your product. The exchange period is calculated from the date of return.

Original Bill: Please keep your original bill as it is required for any exchange. Without the original bill, we will not be able to process your exchange.

Product Condition: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept exchanges for used or damaged products.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
