At Kokikar, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted, naturally dyed products. Given the nature of our production process, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color and appearance. It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and our commitment to sustainability, we have a 'No Return' policy.

We do, however, allow exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the item has not been used and is returned with the original bill.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange/return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Once we receive the product, we will issue store credit after the quality inspection.

You can place a new order with the credit note which is valid up to 30 days from the date of issue.

Garment(s) must be in original condition and in the original packing and the tag for exchange/return to be completed.
